I declare I have read and understood the latest version of PDC's Rules & Policies and hereby declare that my vehicle has passed inspection in accordance with PDC's vehicle safety inspection guidelines. It is understood and agreed that passing vehicle safety inspection and tech inspection in no way implies any representation or warranty of the inspected vehicle's fitness for participation in the Event and creates no responsibility or liability on the part of PDC.

Now, therefore, in consideration of the permission extended to me by Performance Drivers Club (PDC) to participate in the Event, I do hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives, successors and assigns, REMISE, RELEASE, WAIVE and FOREVER DISCHARGE PDC and all of its employees, former employees, servants, agents, officers, directors, instructors, members, sucessors and assigns of and from any and all manner of action and actions, cause and causes of action, suits, claims, demands and obligations of every nature or kind whatsoever on account of my death or on account of any injury to me or my property which may occur from any cause during, or in any way connected to, the Event.

I am aware and agree that $5 from my paid entry fee will be donated as charity to an organization selected by PDC and I further waive all rights and so release unto PDC the use of my name and photographs of myself and/or my car for publicity and promotional purposes.

1) When cancellation is made 7 or more days before the event date:
entry fee will be refunded in full.

2) When cancellation is made 3 to 6 days before the event date:
no refund but full credit posted for a future Mission event.

3) When cancellation is made less than 3 days before the event date:
no refund and no credit.
